He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Carl Foster and Beatrice Poff Foster. He is survived by: his siblings, Louise Foster, Coy and Linwood Foster; his wife Nancy Osborne Foster; his children, Barry Foster (Sarita) and Kathryn Williams; his granddaughters, Kate Mays (Jarrett), Caroline Echols (CJ) and Elizabeth Cortner; and his great grandchildren, Alexandra and Jordyn.
