She was predeceased by: her father Fletcher Matherly; her husband Clive Lee Foley; and her siblings, Joann Carter, Fairy Shively, Mary Yontz, Louie Matherly, Posie Matherly, James Matherly and George Matherly.

She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Matherly; her siblings, Betty East, Lucy Morris, Irene Nelson and Robert Matherly; and her grandchildren, Dean Blankenship, Lynn Blankenship, Michelle Shelton and Josh Marlowe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
