He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elizabeth Bowman Fallin and Herbert Hoover Bowman. He is survived by: his parents, James Cecil Scott and Faye Bowman Scott; his daughter Kelsie Marie Scott of Axton; his grandparents, Cecil Scott and Marcell Handy (Glenn); his aunts and uncles, Judy, Jerry Robertson, Rose Bowman of Ridgeway, Roger, Rhonda Scott of Stokesdale, N. C., Gary Scott of Bassett, Wayne and Anita Scott of Stuart; and his cousins, Tyler Robertson, Gunnar Robertson, Justin Scott, Ashlei Dawn, Paige Scott, Seth Scott, Taylor Scott and Ryan Scott.
