It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda Kay Phillips of Bassett, Virginia, who passed away on August 24, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Harvey Parker Harris; and her son Barry W. Harris. She is survived by: her mother Annie Laura Foley Harris; and her siblings, Gary P. Harris (Pam) and Janet H. Tunnell (Chuck).

Due to the governor's requirements for Covid-19, a face covering is recommended and social distancing is to be observed when visiting at the church.
