We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Phyllis A. Duncan of Bassett, Virginia, born in McCoy, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Albert and Chloe Shepherd Albert; her husband William Ford Duncan; her siblings, E. D. Albert, Clint Albert, Ted Albert and Patty Albert; and her grandson Tommy Boothe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra K. Duncan, Patricia D. Graham (George), Donna D. Boothe (Richard) and Janice L. English; her grandchildren, Tim Duncan, Shannon Simmons, Tonia Gilley, Clay Boothe, Joshua and Melissa English; her sister Mescal Smith; and her niece Jackie Dove. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Faith Baptist Church of Bassett, PO Box 871, Bassett, VA 24055.
