She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Walter Smith and Mamie Jane Flippen Smith; her husband Elmer E. Foley; and her siblings, Lester Smith, Lois Bridges, Lillie Moore and Virginia Shively.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald Foley (Ruth) and Thomas Foley (Kristi); her grandchildren, Don Foley, Jr. (Shelly), Hannah Craighead (Kel), Stormie, Haven and Carson; and her great grandchildren, Aidan Foley, Lauren Foley, Akira Craighead and Emani Craighead.
