She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Lee Holley and Irene Moore Holley; her husband Roger Lee Mullins; and her siblings, Cornell Holley and Paulette Pegram.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda McNeely and Connie Mitchell; and her siblings, Sue Koger and Elmer Holley. She is also survived by five grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
