He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Cecil Barbour and Blanche Barbour; and his wife Dorothy Cline Barbour. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Parker (Mark) and Ginger Morris; his grandchildren, Amber Blackard (James), Amy Haddock, Morgan Thomas (Jared), Ian Harbour and Sean Harbour; his great grandchildren, Addyson Haddock, Colton Blackard, Blakely Blackard and Noah Thomas; and his siblings, Cecil Barbour, Mack Barbour and Robin Towler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
