He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie Hylton and Wreathie Belcher Hylton; and his son Milbert Wayne Hylton. He is survived by: his wife Judy Foley Hylton; his daughters, Angela Jones (Darrell) of Christiansburg and Sandra Prillaman (Scott) of Ridgeway; his daughter-in-law Sandy Hylton of Bassett; and his siblings, Clyde Hylton (Betty) of Bassett, Clayton Hylton (Ella) of Stuart, Ellen Belcher (Odell) of Meadows, Elaine Hylton (Clinton Ray) of Bassett, Joyce Clark (Morris) of Bassett, Elvie Bryant (Richard) of Bassett and Delcie Miller (Jeff) of Pulaski, Tennessee. He is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
