He is survived by: his children, David M. Tuggle of Rocky Mount, VA and Brenda Jean Tuggle; his sister Nancy Faw of Collinsville, VA; his niece Donna Hylton of Stuart, VA; his great-nephews, Christopher and Joseph Hylton of Stuart; and also Lindy. He is also survived by Papa; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
