It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Wesley Eanes of Bassett, Virginia, who passed away on April 20, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Henry D. Eanes; his parents, Douglas M. Eanes and Margie Bouldin Wilson; his stepmother Phala W. Eanes; his wife Darlene P. Eanes; his children, Heather R. Layman, Alan Cassell, Scottie Cassell and James Minter; his brother Marshall Eanes (Teresa); and his stepfather James Wilson. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
