She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Shrader and Geneva Poe Shrader; her husband William Payne; her son Robert Payne; and her brother Donald Shrader.
She is survived by: her daughter Terri Payne Waller (Mark); her stepchildren, Billy Payne and Cheryl Payne; her grandsons, Christopher Workman and Austin Workman; her stepgrandchild Devon Waller; and her siblings, James Shrader (Betty), Harold Shrader (Betty) and Maxine Helmondollar (Flick).
