It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Lee Weeks of Bassett, Virginia, born in Floyd, Virginia, who passed away on August 12, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Weeks and Essie Reed Weeks; his sister Reva Weeks Turner; and his nephew Edward Turner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Dalton Weeks; his daughter Brenda Moore; his granddaughters, Amy Moore (Travis) and Poppy Moore; his great grandchildren, Kelli Moore (Joey), Hailee Moore and Jake Meeks (Payton); and his nephew Michael Turner. He is also survived by Papa loved spending time with his family.
