Josephine R. Horsley Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine R. Horsley of Bassett, Virginia, who passed away on January 4, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim H. Ramsey and Mary D. Ramsey; her husband Elmer P. Horsley, Sr.; and her siblings, Ed, Charlie, Sterling, Glen, Harold, Pete, James, Lewis Ramsey, Ethel R. Hodges and Mary R. Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley H. Ray (Roger) of Bassett, E. Paul Horsley, Jr. (Jackie) of Collinsville and Karen A. Horsley of Bassett; her grandchildren, Kelly H. Dillard (David) and P. Chad Horsley (Mandy); her great grandchildren, Brittany R. Dillard, Peyton J. Horsley and Rachel N. Horsley; and also, Loretta Whitlow, Rebecca Harrison, Donna Wright, Deborah Fulcher, Sue Critz, Connie Philpott and Agnes VanHulzen.
