He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Mae Jones Catron and John Wiley Catron; and his sisters, Deborah, Geraldine and Judy.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Severn Catron; his children, Travis Dean Surber, Victor Gale Surber, Tiffanie Lynn Catron, Tamara Faye Catron, Johnathan Trevor Catron and Deanna Marie Heaton; and his siblings, William Lee Catron, Bonnie, Connie and Faye. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
