He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Grover Brammer and Lucy May Dalton Brammer. He is survived by: his former wife Elsie Bryant Thomasson; his sons, Kenneth Wayne Brammer and Lee Alan Brammer; his children-in-law, Kathy and Lindy; and his wife Minnie Willis Brammer. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Nelsen Funeral Home (4650 S Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Henry Memorial Park (8443 Virginia Ave, Bassett, VA 24055).
