She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Turner and Mollie Ruth Turner; and her husband Robert J. Fields. She is survived by: her children, Jackie "Sissy" Fields, Hope Fitzgerald (Josh), Jane Simpkins (Ben) and Rob Fields (Cheryl); her sisters, Betty L. Moore and Faye Hylton; and her grandchildren, Sarah Gallimore, Marshall Fields, Brittany Fitzgerald, Matthew Fitzgerald, Kayla Fitzgerald, Brian Simpkins, Nathan Fields and Melanie Simpkins. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
