We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2025, at the age of 80, Janice Hall Williams of Bassett, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas S. Hall and Eva Hall Brim; and her siblings, Amos Hall, Ralph Hall, Herman Hall, Eugene Hall, Millard Hall, Lawrence Hall, Thelma Powers and Juanita Turner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Brooks (Paul) of Bassett and Carolyn Walthall (Tommy) of Bassett, Virginia; and her siblings, Phillip Hall of Galax, Virginia, Dorothy Flippin of Bassett and Christine Shupe of Martinsville, Virginia. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bassett Funeral Service (3665 Fairystone Park Hwy, Bassett, VA 24055). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at the Prophecy Cemetery (2900 County Line Rd, Patrick Springs, VA 24133).
