James William Scott Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2021, at the age of 76, James William Scott of Bassett, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Joyce Boyd and James H. Scott. He is survived by: his wife Shirley W. Scott; his daughters, Michelle Scott Lynch (Doug) of Cameron, NC and Christy Scott of Roanoke, VA; his sister Deborah Parrish of High Point, NC; and his grandchildren, Dayton, Spencer and Macallister.
