He was predeceased by: his parents, John Abe and Lonie Mildred Handy (Ratliff); his siblings, Harvey Davis Handy, Robert Abe "Rob" Handy (Rachel), James Handy and Pearl Florence Flaneary (Raymond Earl Flaneary, Sr.); and his siblings-in-law, Charlie Raymond Bower, Euell Neil Cannaday, Charles Shockley Cannaday, Bunyan Allen Cannaday, Paul Lee Cannaday and Inza Belcher (Cannaday).
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Faye Handy (Cannaday); his sister Virginia Bower (Handy); his siblings-in-law, Bessie Reva Handy (Cox), William Belcher, Leon Cannaday (Martha) and Joel Cannaday; and his niece Wanda Hopkins (Adkins). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the governor's requirements for Covid-19, a face covering is required and social distancing is to be observed.
