Frank L. Foley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 24, 2021, at the age of 86, Frank L. Foley of Bassett, Virginia, born in Henry County, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Franklin Foley and Wootsie Lee Joyce Foley; and his sister Mildred Hale. He is survived by: his wife Marie Turner Foley; his daughter Joyce Ann; his son-in-law Robert Kerrick, Jr. of Ridgeway; his grandson Jacob Robert Kerrick (Megan Eanes); his brother Ralph Eugene; his sister-in-law Vinney Foley of Collinsville; and his sister Louise Branch of Ridgeway. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the governor's requirements for Covid-19, a face covering is recommended and social distancing is to be observed when visiting at the funeral home.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care, 730 E. Church St. #13, Martinsville, VA 24112.
