She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edd Craig and Ila Rorrer Craig; her husband William D. Helms; her daughter Linda Jean Jackson; her siblings, Elaine C. Stout and Douglas "Pete" Craig; and her nephew Kirk Craig.

She is survived by: her brother Lonnie E. Craig; and her nieces and nephews, Freddie Payne, Lisa Joyce, Bill Stout and Pam Pilch.
