He is survived by: his wife Nannie Gilley Poole; his sons, Gary Poole and Marty Poole (Angela); his sister Alice Cundiff; and his grandchildren, Edward Joseph Poole, Edward Matthew Poole, Amanda Ann Bryan and Nicholas Taylor Poole. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
