He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Rookie Osborne and Lois Osborne Thacker; and his brothers, James Osborne and Ralph Thacker. He is survived by: his wife Tena Spessert Osborne; his children, Maria Angelina Osborne, Crystal Gale Osborne, Earl Louis Osborne and Timmy Lee Osborne; and his siblings, Janet Martin, Rosie Bowman, Clyde Thacker and Richard Osborne. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
