She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bowles and Weldeamer Cassady Bowles; her children, Jeffrey D. Shively, Sr. and Jennifer Marie Shively; and her sister Susan Marie Dunford.
She is survived by: her husband David H. Shively, Jr.; and her grandsons, Jeffrey David Shively, Jr., Chase Shively and Jayden Shively.
