He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Virgie Hicks Blakley; his former wife Hazel Ruth Noe Blakley; his wife Carol Ann Davison Blakley; and his siblings, Josephine Kennedy, Stella Blakley Simpkins, Hershel Blakley and Floyd Lesley Blakley.
He is survived by: his children, Ruth Ann Bailey, Sue Blakley and Bobby Franklin Blakley, Jr. (Bonnie); and his siblings, Siodia Koboski, Bertha Phillips, Teresa Peak, Linda Blakley, Janet Hall (Garland), John William Blakley and Matthew Pruitt. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
