She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Hazelwood and Clarice Stone Hazelwood; and her sister Janice Chitwood. She is survived by: her husband Bobby G. Stultz; her sons, Bobby "Buddy" L. Stultz and Scott C. Stultz; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Gracie and Noah.
