With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ann Carr (Bassett, Virginia), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on November 8, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rotha "Duke" Peterson and Beulah Ruth Dalton. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Joseph Carr, Sr.; her sons, Timmy Ray Carr and Wayne Joseph Carr, Jr.; her daughters-in-law, Sheryl Carr and Angela Carr; her granddaughter Sierra Michelle Carr; and her siblings, Donna Clarke, Karen Bradner and Edward Lemley. She is also survived by numerous niece, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to the governor's requirements for Covid-19, a face covering is recommended and social distancing is to be observed when visiting at the funeral home.
