"Cissy" Ramey, Patrinda "Buck" Hughes (Anthony), Connette "Lil Bit" Gill (Kenny), Frankie Karl Toney (Janice), Kenneth Wayne Toney (Ruby) and Frank Earl Toney, Jr. (Angela); and his close friend Allison Martin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
