He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter R. Turner and Lillie M. Mullins Turner; his wife Belva A. Riddle Turner; and his sisters, Alice Martin, Marie Worley and Bettie Snead.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Thomas (Gary) and Randall Turner (Susan); his grandchildren, Kristi Carter (Barry), Andrew Thomas, Corey Turner (Andrea), Ian Turner (Sarah) and Ry Turner; his great grandchildren, Zack Turner, Liam Turner, Braedyn Carter and Colten Carter; and his sister Martha Sue Meeks. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
