He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Elliott and Martha Carol West; and his brothers, Randy Elliott and Tim Elliott. He is survived by: his daughter Pansy Roddy (Bobby); his siblings, Nora Elliott, Cindy Davenport, Michelle Davenport and Jack Davenport; and his close friend Muriel Elliott. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
