He is survived by: his wife Loretta Collins Smith; his children, Trent Cole (Crystal) of Green Bay, Jacob Smith of South Hill, Larissa of South Hill, Kailey of Baskerville and Sara Smith of Baskerville; his siblings, Yvonne Cline (Mike) of Chesterfield, Zandra Clary (Skeeter) of South Hill, Mark Smith (Dolores) of Chase City and Scott Smith (Hope) of Chase City; and his grandchildren, Bentley, Evelyn, Addyson, Valerie and Adeline. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
