She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Moore and Mabel Sifford Moore; and her siblings, Judy Dyer and Eddie Moore. She is survived by: her children, Susie Collins (Glen), Hiwassee, Pam Dolumba (Goodview), Joseph Tolbert (Barren Springs) and Sabrina Tolbert (Vinton); her grandchildren, Christian Braxton, Christopher Breeden, Wyatt Tolbert, Xian Huff, Ethan Payne, Brooklyn Tolbert and Tyler Dolumba; her great grandchildren, Katori Huff and Rylie Huff; and her brother Jackie Moore-Snowville (Brenda).
