It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Anne Cooler (Barhamsville, Virginia), who passed away on January 23, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Norman "Bill" Cooler; and her parents, George Wiggle and Alice Wiggle. She is survived by: her siblings, Alan "Sonny" Wiggle (Nelle), Florence Awe and Betty Sue Durr (Ron). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tabernacle United Methodist Church or Riverside Walter Reed Hospice, 7358 Main Street Gloucester, VA 23061.
