He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hubbard and Minnie Hubbard of Gwynn, VA.; and his brothers, Greg and Keith Hubbard. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Hubbard; his siblings, Steve "Bubba" Hubbard (Teresa) and Judy Leverett (Ron); and his siblings-in-law, Betty Sawyer Hamrick of Newport News, Douglas Sawyer (Ann) of Amelia and George Sawyer (Leanne) of Buckingham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
