He was predeceased by: his parents, Leander Miller and Lyla Miller; and his brothers, Thomas, Terry and Roger.
He is survived by: his fiancé Kelly; his sisters, Anna Depew (Donald "Red") and Irene Mellish; his children, A. J., Josh, Hazel and Cowles; and also, Buckwild and Ziggy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
