He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Robert Tusing, Sr. and Maude Inez Jones Tusing; and his sisters, Connie Morris and Joyce Dobyns. He is survived by: his wife Jerry Belle Tusing of Barboursville; and his siblings, Jerry Tusing of Orange, Barbara Dodson of Georgia and Shirley Lee of Annandale. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
