He is survived by: his grandfather Omer Glenn Palmer (Teri) of Chumuckla, FL; his parents, Alma Denise Rogers (Greg) of Barboursville and Tim Raines (Linda) of Orange; his stepsiblings, Alex Rogers of Barboursville and Heather Johnson of Orange; and his children, Kaiden Todd Lee Raines, Gage Tyler Keith Raines, Brycen Landon Raines and Skyler Lorraine Raines. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
