He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Lam White; and his grandparents, Wilmer and Lorene Lam. He is survived by: his father Steve Daniel White of Barboursville; his girlfriend Brittany Heintges; his son Daniel White; his brother Jason White; his aunt Debbie Thomas (Frankie); and his uncle Vincent Lam (Gayle) of Barboursville. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
