He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Collier, Sr. and Alberta Morris; his sisters, Louise Cason and Nellie McAllister; his brother-in-law Virgil Runion; and his nephew David Morris.

He is survived by: his sisters, Frances Morris (Fred) of Barboursville and Mildred Runion of Barboursville; and his brothers-in-law, Clarence Cason of Dundalk, MD and Sunny McAllister of Barboursville. He is also survived by four nieces and three nephews.
