He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carol E. Lam and Zelda M. Weaver; his brother James Lam; his wife Joyce L. Lam of Barboursville; his daughter Cynthia Herring (Ollie) of Barboursville; and his grandchildren, Richard W. Durrer (Stephanie), Miranda Durrer-Davis of Barboursville and Lee Staton of Barboursville.
