He was predeceased by: his parents, Mason Herring and Pauline Herring; and his brother Robert Wayne Sprouse. He is survived by: his brothers, Jeff and David; his close friends, Stacy and Scott; his son-in-law Devin; his wife Renee of Greene County; and his parents-in-law, Bobby and Shirley of Louisa County.
