She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill B. Shutt and Beulah Ruth Sexton "Boots" Shutt. She is survived by: her children, Bryon Duty (Amy) of Germantown, TN and April Turner (Travis Louthian) of Kingsport, TN; her sisters, Jo Marie Atkinson of Charlottesville, VA and Billie R. Witt (Larry E.) of North Tazewell, VA; her grandchildren, Gabe Duty, Taylor Moretz (Daniel), Guye Turner (Kayla) and Hanna Turner (Jamie Bales); and her great grandchildren, Willow Grace Bales and Collins Olivia Turner.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Peery & St. Clair Funeral Home (232 Ben Bolt Ave, Tazewell, VA 24651). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
