She was predeceased by: her parents, John Arthur Johnson and Gladys Stevenson Johnson; her former husband Franklin Beech; and her children, Betty Beech, Paul, Robert and Kenneth Beech.
She is survived by: her pet Snoopy; her daughters, Kay Jackson (Larry) of Tazewell, VA, Shirley Ward (Avon) of Tazewell, VA, Joyce Chastain (Ronnie) of North Carolina, Patsy Forren (Scottie) of North Carolina and Katrina Armes (Billy) of Wytheville, VA; and her brother Johnny Johnson (Judy) of North Carolina. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
