She was predeceased by: her parents, James Elmer Horn and Goldie Ethel Horn Mitchell; her siblings, Teresa Gail Horn and Timothy Kent Horn; and her niece Drema Gail Lampkin.
She is survived by: her siblings, Donald Horn (June) of Raven, VA, Rebecca Widener (Craig Rife) of Cedar Bluff, VA, Pam Horne Lester of Rocky Gap, VA and Kay Horn of Cleveland, VA; and her nephew Justin Widener.
