He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Creed Bandy and Amanda Aliefair White Bandy; and his brother Ralph Herman Meadows. He is survived by: his wife Karen Sue Meadows; his daughters, Melissa Meadows Harmon (Gabe) of Bandy and Brittany Meadows Sparks (Ted) of Pounding Mill, Virginia; his siblings, Ella Mae Rice (Fred) of Hernando, FL, Dorothy Absher of Roanoke, Virginia and Virgil Stuart Meadows (Pattie) of Roanoke, Virginia.; and his grandchildren, Braxton, Logan, Chloe, Bryce, Tanner and Kynlee.
