He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Whited Billings; his sisters, Sandra Kaye Billings Wilson and Doris Ann Billings Mintz; and his pets, Bella and Pretty Girl. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, and friends.
