He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnett Deel and Katie Lewis Deel; his wife Janice Irene Mosley Deel; his daughter Amy Lynn Deel; and his son-in-law Michael Reed.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Thomas (Mark) of Paintlick, VA and Regina Reed of South Carolina; and his grandchildren, Lacey Hayes (Ben) of Bluefield, VA, Anthony Thomas, Nicholas Thomas, Elliott Reed of Indiana, Andrew Reed of South Carolina and Aeriel Reed of South Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and half-brothers and half-sisters.
As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic and the Commonwealth of Virginia Mandate, facial coverings and social distancing are required at all times.
