He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Crisp and Alma Lucille Musick Crisp; his wife Donna Jean McReynolds Crisp; and his brother Donald Crisp. He is survived by: his children, Terry Crisp of Bandy, VA, Karen Lavonne Ford (Allen) of Bristol, TN and Kevin Crisp (Jackie) of North Tazewell, VA; and his sister Doris McReynolds (Jerry) of North Tazewell, VA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
