He was predeceased by: his parents, William Parmenter and Eleanor Parmenter; and his sister Eleanor Louise Templehof. He is survived by: his children, Michelle O'Brien Boulter (Billy), William Parmenter (Sara), Joseph Parmenter (Melissa) and Theodore Parmenter; his grandchildren, Brendan, Ryan, Matty, Dylan and Joshua; and his siblings, Paul Parmenter, Janice Oliver, Denise Blaikie, Ruthann Mayer and Joseph Parmenter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local hospice, the American Cancer Society or the DAV.
